Our experienced technical teams will be dedicated to provide you with more efficient, professional, thoughtful and standardized high-quality after-sales service.

We strictly abide by the regulations of the industry and implement limited warranty service for the products. We will set up exclusive customer profile for each user, and offer you follow-up service, regular return visit as well as life-long maintenance.

We will provide free repair or replacement of components for products failure or damage caused by the product itself during the warranty period. If it is outside the scope of product quality protection, we will make a reasonable charge according to the corresponding service standards of the company. 

If product failure occurs during the usage, we will immediately carry on the preliminary communication in form of telephone or arrange self-inspection after we received failure feedback or maintenance request, then assign after-service engineer to inspect on-site depend specific situation. Generally it takes 4 hours at most to arrive at site in downtown and 48 hours for sites in other places. 

Provide comprehensive service support: hotline service, field service, workshop service, research and tracking.

Have sufficient spare parts inventory. It is guaranteed that our clients have the priority to purchase our products with below the market price of preferential prices.

Hold large-scale seasonal preferential testing activities regularly to customer who centralized purchasing our company’s product. And upon request, provide professional installation guide and operation, maintenance training.
