Job description:
1. responsible for the management, classification, sorting, filing and storage of sales contracts and other marketing documents. 2. assist the sales manager to quote the product, follow the customer and handle the order.
3., responsible for collecting, sorting and summarizing the market, price, and new products, substitutes, tourist sources and other information materials, and putting forward the analysis report, so as to provide references for the Department's business leaders and decision makers.
4. help the sales manager to do a good job of customer reception and telephone visit. When the sales manager is absent, it is timely to inform the customer information and properly handle it.
5. responsible for customer and customer complaints records, to assist the relevant departments to properly handle.
6. do a good job of the office staff attendance and internal affairs arrangement.
7. to complete the other tasks assigned by the office temporarily.
